HMDA, CRA, and 1071 SBL Modules

Ability to Geocode by Latitude and Longitude

Users can now manually geocode records by using the latitude and longitude. This feature can be accessed two different ways:

  1. Click on the map icon in the Geocoding Detail tab in the Geocoding Results report.

  2. Click on the View Map/Select Location button in the Application Detail page’s Property tab.

Once in the map, enter the latitude and longitude in the search bar.  Users can search using any of the below latitude and longitude formats:

  • -77.03637000 38.89511000
  • -77.03637000,38.89511000
  • 38.89511000 -77.03637000
  • 38.89511000,-77.03637000

Duplicate Loan Numbers

Previously, if a user tried to change a loan number to the same loan number as an existing record in the file, RiskExec would not allow it. Now, users can change a loan number to the same loan number as an existing record in the file. Note: A warning will still appear to let the user know that they are creating a duplicate.

HMDA Module

Field Links to HMDA Filing Instructions Guide (FIG)

Each of the 110 HMDA fields now has a tooltip next to it in the Application Detail page that links to the definition of the field in the latest CFPB online Filing Instructions Guide.

Assessment Area Module

Tracts Demographics Report: Group by Assessment Area

Users now have the option to group the Tracts Demographics Report by Assessment Area. To do so, choose an Assessment Area Set and open the Tracts Demographics report. Then, check the box next to Group By Assessment Area.
