RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:
Branch List Report
RiskExec has updated the Branch List report to include whether or not a branch’s location is in a distressed or underserved census tract. This report is found under General Reports in both the CRA and HMDA modules.
Duplicate Address Report
RiskExec has added additional information to the Duplicate Address report. There are now columns that include the geocoding source, geocoding method, the geocoded state, census tract, county, MSA name and code.
File Crosstab
The File Crosstab report’s field options have been updated to include the following fields:
- Loan Term
- Introductory Rate Period
Users are now able to lock down specific models that they have created. Please note that when a model is locked, no user is allowed to edit or delete the model until it has been unlocked.
