RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:
2023 FFIEC Geocoding
RiskExec is now checking 2023 HMDA and CRA geocoding data against the FFIEC’s 2023 geocoding site. The RiskExec FFIEC Geocoding report will display FFIEC geocodes within a few days of the FFIEC making them available. RiskExec will then store those FFIEC geocodes for the rest of the year.
Manage Custom Edit Checks
Users are now able to create their own custom Client Edit Checks.
Crosstab Report Loan Amounts
The Crosstab Report in the HMDA module will now display loan amounts in actual dollars and NOT be rounded into 000s of dollars.
Note: The loan amounts in the CRA module’s Crosstab Report will still display in 000s as required by the CRA submission rules.
