RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:
The CFPB and FFIEC released the National Snapshot of the HMDA 2023 Peer data today, July 11, 2024. We are currently in the process of downloading, reviewing, and converting the data to be used in RiskExec. We will notify our clients via email as soon as the data is available for use.
The Single Field Update import format for Scripted Imports has been deprecated. To make a single field update, users will now use the Partial Update option in the Dynamic Import Wizard.
Conforming Loan Indicator Field
RiskExec has added a new calculated field to the HMDA, Fair Lending, Redlining, and Peer Analysis (HMDA peer data) modules called Conforming. This field compares the loan amount to the FHFA conforming loan limit for the state and county where the property address is geocoded to. The field will only be populated if a loan has values for action date, state code, county code, total units, lien status, and loan amount. There are 4 code values:
Note: The calculation assumes the data file year is the relevant year for the annual FHFA loan limit table.
Submission Sets
If a user creates a Submission Assessment Area Set, State will no longer be an option in the Assessment Areas Unit List and Rural MSAs will not be included in the list of MSAs. This aligns with the CRA regulation where an Assessment area cannot be a full state.
