The Preliminary modified HMDA LAR data has been updated in RiskExec as of May 27th. This will be the last update before the CFPB releases the 2025 HMDA Peer National Snapshot.
Users can now also choose any checkbox, or true/false field, in Dashboard charts.
You can now geocode a record after saving changes in the Edit Address screen.
Users are now able to access Reva, an AI-powered support assistant, in the bottom right corner of your screen.
When a user begins a new conversation, they will have the option to choose to Report an issue or Ask a question. Selecting Report an issue will prompt the user to provide the information our team needs in order to troubleshoot. Reva will then open a support ticket on your behalf. Selecting Ask a question directs Reva to search the Help Center for an answer. Links to source material will also be provided.

Two-level nested sorting is now available in any record list in RiskExec. Click on a column header to sort, then hold Shift and click a second header to sort within those results. In the example below, the list was first sorted by STATE ABBR and then by CITY.
The HMDA Rankings by Respondent report now includes Combined Sex as a Category.
