Regulatory Reports
Three additional OCC CRA Performance Evaluation (PE) tables have been added to the Regulatory Reports section. The tables include Tables D, O, and P. These PE tables provide inside and outside reporting, borrower, and geographic distribution for home mortgage loans.
Redlining Analysis: Select Geographies Criterion Factors
When setting up an Advanced Analysis, the Redlining Analysis: Select Geographies Criterion Factors screen has been moved forward in the order of screens. This screen now comes right before the Redlining Analysis: Select In-Scope Geographies screen. The change was made to better improve the setup process. The Redlining Analysis: Select Geographies Criterion Factors screen includes the Redlining Factors you will see at the top of the Redlining Analysis: Select In-Scope Geographies screen.
Housing Data By Tract Report Update
Percentage columns have been added to show the percentage of total a category represents against the Units column. For example, Occupied % is the Occupied column value divided by the Units column value.
HMDA Rankings By Respondent Report
Two new categories have been added to this report: Tract MACT and Tract HACT.
