The new and improved RiskExec was launched on December 15, 2019. Since its launch, RiskExec’s development team has made a number of updates in an effort to fix bugs and improve the user interface as well as optimize overall system performance when interacting with the new platform.
In addition, the team has been making the necessary updates to prepare for 2019 HMDA and CRA submissions. As a reminder, starting February 24th through to February 28th, we will be increasing our client support hours to 8 PM EST to provide additional support before the HMDA submission deadline.
RiskExec supports the current versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox. If you attempt to use a browser that RiskExec does not recommend, you will see this message displayed on your screen:
Additionally, RiskExec recommends a minimum screen resolution of 1366 x 768 for best results when using the platform.
