Location Geocoding Update in Manage Institution 

The geocoding has been updated for all locations that had tract changes in 2022. For those locations, we created a new version of the location with the new geocoding. For example, the branch below had a tract change in 2022, so a new entry for the location was added to reflect the correct geocoding. 

RiskExec Status Update on 2022 Census Data

We would like to give you an update on the status of the 2022 Census data that will be used for HMDA and CRA submissions in 2023.

There have been a few data releases in the last few weeks: 

• On March 17, 2022, the U.S. Census Bureau released its 2022 tract delineations and the ACS-5 demographic data.  The RiskExec staff downloaded these files and constructed the first version of the RiskExec 2022 Census file. This data had income data to calculate the LMI flags (https://info.asurity.com/e/896191/2022-acs-5-year-estimates-html/4m2c7z/181137881?h=Z-vSfTN-UOhuMgfL_iENNEEuf8BAdOowz3REFt5Yky4).
• On March 30, 2022, the FFIEC released a partial version of its 2022 Census file and RiskExec downloaded it and updated the internal Census data to reflect this update. This update was based on the delineation file and does NOT include the ACS-5 updates. Since this data is missing and changed some key data fields, we have updated RiskExec to reflect this latest FFIEC data (https://info.asurity.com/e/896191/Flat-Files-cen2022-30MAR22-pdf/4m2c83/181137881?h=Z-vSfTN-UOhuMgfL_iENNEEuf8BAdOowz3REFt5Yky4). 
• On April 21, 2022, the FFIEC released an ad-hoc flat file containing the MSA median family income, tract income, income percentage, and income level indicators using the ACS-5 estimates for the 2022 Census.  RiskExec has uploaded, converted, and has made this flat file available for use when geocoding your 2022 files (https://info.asurity.com/e/896191/s-Census-Flat-Files-readme-txt/4m2c86/181137881?h=Z-vSfTN-UOhuMgfL_iENNEEuf8BAdOowz3REFt5Yky4). 
• Future Releases: The FFIEC expects to release the flat file this summer. This release will append the ACS fields to the redistricting demographic fields.  In 2023, the 2022 FFIEC Census flat file will be updated for a third time. The missing demographic fields from the earlier releases will be backfilled with the Decennial Census Demographic and Housing Characteristics (DHC, formerly known as SF-1) files.

A tooltip has been added to the padlock icon on locked assessment area sets.

Searching for Data in User-Defined Fields

*Note: This must be enabled by the RiskExec team. Please send in a support ticket if you would like to utilize this feature.

Users can now use the search bar in the HMDA or CRA module to search for records using a value found in a User-Defined Field (UDF).
