RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:

2021 Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Peer Data Available

On December 15, 2022, the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) announced the availability of the 2021 Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) peer data. This dataset includes small business, small farm, and community development lending data reported by certain commercial banks and savings associations. RiskExec has now been updated with this dataset and 2021 CRA reporting is now available within the Peer Analysis module.

Assessment Area Module

Maps: Batch Export

Users now have the ability to export maps for all Areas in their Assessment Area Set at one time. To do so, click on the Assessment Area Set and select View Map. 

Then, click on Export and select Export All Areas.

RiskExec will then export each map of all Areas within the Assessment Area Set individually. 

Tracts Demographics Report

Three new metrics have been added to this report:

• NHOPI: Native Hawaiian - Other Pacific Islander
• Labor Armed Forces: Active duty military
• LEP: Limited English Proficiency (LEP) is the count of the population in a census tract that is 18 years or older who self-identify as speaking English less than “very well.” It is the sum of the following 24 data points in the FFIEC Census file:
  • Total 18-64 years that speak Asian/Pacific Island language and English well
  • Total 18-64 years that speak Indo-European language and English well
  • Total 18-64 years that speak Spanish and English well
  • Total 18-64 years that speak other languages and English well
  • Total 65 years and over that speak Asian/Pacific Island language and English well
  • Total 65 years and over that speak Indo-European language and English well
  • Total 65 years and over that speak Spanish and English well
  • Total 65 years and over that speak other languages and English well
  • Total 18-64 years that speak Asian/Pacific Island language and English not well
  • Total 18-64 years that speak Indo-European language and English not well
  • Total 18-64 years that speak Spanish and English not well
  • Total 18-64 years that speak other languages and English not well
  • Total 65 years and over that speak Asian/Pacific Island language and English not well

HMDA and CRA Modules

Filter Update
Users can now select a saved filter by clicking on the arrow next to Search Applications (in HMDA) or Search Loans (in CRA). Once a filter is selected, the record list will open automatically with the filter applied. 

Fair Lending Module

New Dataset Report: Housing Units and Demographics

Note: An Assessment Area Set must be attached to the dataset selected before running this report.

This report shows the Unit Count for each housing type and the Loan Count for each coded field broken down by the Assessment Area Set attached to the selected dataset.
