Users can now download their RiskExec Geocoding, Edit Checks, or Rate Spread results directly from Encompass.
The final census data for 2025 HMDA and CRA submissions was released on July 11th and has been loaded into RiskExec. This release includes the FFIEC flat file, the HUD Qualified Census Tracts (QCT), and the FFIEC distressed/underserved tracts. To apply these updates to your files and datasets, please re-geocode them.
A new Enhanced Quality Edit Check has been added to the HMDA module: G041.
Enhanced Quality Data Validations have been added to the 1071 SBL module for files where NYDFS is enabled in the File Attributes tab.
The RiskExec Fair Lending Categories can now be used as filters when working with HMDA Peer Sets in the Peer Analysis module. They can also be used to filter peer data in the Redlining module.
