On May 5, 2025, the CFPB released an updated version of the Preliminary 2024 HMDA Peer Modified LAR. The RiskExec team downloaded, converted, and reviewed the data. It was loaded into RiskExec on May 5th for immediate use.
The last screen of the Dynamic Import Wizard has been updated to include a warning when using Import Types that will overwrite data in the file. This is to ensure that clients will not overwrite the data in their file unintentionally.
A new Logic Assistant has been added to the Dynamic Import Wizard to help users write their own calculated fields. To access this feature, click on the Calculated Value option in the Review & Edit Mapping screen.
The Fishers Exact is an alternative statistical test most often used when dealing with small sample sizes. For redlining analyses, and in outlier proportion tests of regression, the Fishers Exact results will now automatically be completed on any population where each of the four components included in the statistical test is less than 25 records.
