The ability to create 2027 files is now available in RiskExec. Institutions can begin setting up next year's data files ahead of the 2027 filing year.
Two new RiskExec Enhanced Quality Edits flag HMDA records where Total Loan Costs are reported as $0 while a related charge, either Origination Charges or Discount Points, is reported as greater than $0. CFPB Quality Edits Q615 and Q616 already compare these fields to Total Loan Costs, but only trigger when both the total and the component charge are nonzero, so a $0 total was not previously flagged.
Users can now select multiple applications at once in the Record List and copy them in a single action, rather than copying one row at a time. The option to include column headers when copying is available as well, matching the existing single-row copy behavior.
A new option has been added to the side menu under Manage Organizations to geocode organizations that have not yet been geocoded.
