RiskExec has been updated to include the following enhancements:
RiskExec's HMDA ICE Encompass Integration now includes Automated Service Ordering!
Automated Service Ordering allows users to set up their Encompass instance to automatically run RiskExec’s Geocoding, Rate Spread, and Edit Check functionality on their loans if data field values are changed. For example, you can set up the Geocoding service to run as soon as you enter and save a loan’s property address information.

Ability to Require Comments
Users with Administrator access to a HMDA, CRA, or 1071 SBL file have two new setting options in the File Setup tab: Require Comment on Save Application and Require Comment on Delete Application.
Please Note: Any user that is assigned a Role with a Default Permissions setting of Administrator will automatically have access to the File Attributes tab, and therefore have access to change these settings.
Additionally, any user that creates a file will automatically be an Administrator on the file, with access to the File Attributes tab, and therefore have access to change these settings.
Enabling the Require Comment on Save Application setting will result in a pop-up comment box each time a user clicks Save in the record detail page. The user is required to enter a comment in order to save the record.
The comments will then be recorded in the Change Log tab of the record detail page.
They will also be recorded in the Change Log report under General reports.
Enabling the Require Comment on Delete Application setting will result in a pop-up comment box each time a user clicks Delete in the record detail page. The user is required to enter a comment in order to delete the record.
The comments will then be recorded in the Change Log report under General reports.
Ability to Select a Destination File Part and/or Filter when Merging Files
When using the Merge Files function, users will now be able to choose if they would like to create a new File Part for every file they are merging in (matching previous functionality):
Or, they can choose an existing File Part to merge the data into:
Additionally, users will be able to filter the data being merged once they have selected at least one file.
If a filter is used it will be recorded and can be viewed in the File History tab.
Executive Summary Report Update
If a user creates or edits a Coded User-Defined Field, they will now be able to choose to include it as a row in the Executive Summary report under Executive reports.
Dynamic Import Wizard: Alternate Identifier
The Dynamic Import Wizard has a number of capabilities that allow users to update their datasets. To accomplish this, a specific field needs to be identified that allows the RiskExec system to understand which RiskExec record(s) to update. The Application Number and/or ULI are not always sufficient as the only record identifier options.
All modules now include a new core field called Alternate Identifier. Now, when importing with the Partial Update, Append - Use Old, or Append - Use New import types, users can choose the Application Number, ULI (for HMDA data), or Alternate Identifier for record matching.
